About EverCalm
Built by practitioners, not theorists.
Our philosophy
We believe that small businesses need and deserve the same support and expertise that big companies have. Small business owners would love to staff for HR, operations, and have a C-Suite team to help. They just can’t afford it. So instead, they try to do it all themselves. We know, we used to do it too. That’s why we got into this, to provide an approach that doesn’t upset your margins. We build practical, ready to launch solutions to your organizational and HR needs, so you can have a moment of calm.

How we work
Practitioners in the room with you, not a ticket queue.
Meet the founders
Two partners. One point of contact.
The people you hire are the people who do the work. No junior associates, no hand-offs, no assistants at a big firm.

Co-Founder
Grant Yamada
I run hard. I hold a degree from SDSU that I took me all of two and a half years to get. That's the kind of drive I have. For five years, I built the HR department from the ground up for my partner's holdings company with several hospitality projects under its belt.
While balancing that, I worked hand in hand with Aaron on Operations and grew our company's revenue to millions in gross.
I also know what it's like to have to run lean, and that's why we're priced for YOU. Your business faces most, if not all, the same compliance and operations issues of large companies, without the payroll to support a dedicated executive team. I get it.

Co-Founder
Aaron Henderson
I'm a creative visionary with a passion for both business and community. As co-founder and owner of Public Square Holdings, Inc., I have brought my entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset to the table, propelling the company to new heights over the past six years. With over a half-dozen successful business ventures under my belt and a decade of experience working for Fortune 100 companies, I have proven my prowess in sales and marketing, helping bring in millions of dollars in revenue for companies like AIG, Cox Communications, and Pure Forge.
As a founding member of the Board of Directors for the non-profit La Mesa Village Association, I served in my seat for six years and was instrumental in creating, implementing, and supporting programs like the La Mesa Farmers Market, La Mesa Oktoberfest, and Holiday in the Village, bringing in millions of dollars to support the local economy.
My impact extends far beyond the business world. I am a proud husband of 29 years to my college sweetheart and a devoted father to five wonderful children. Whether I'm supporting my son's successful company or my youngest daughter's passion for dance, I'm a true family man who finds joy in the success of my loved ones.
“Here's the reality: You're paying for us, not an assistant at a big firm. We are a two man operation, and that's by design. We want to be the voice that's supporting you. We'll be Ever Calm in the midst of the chaos of running a business. You'll get the advice, the documents, and the guidance a business owner needs without ever increasing your payroll.”
