Project Work
Fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagements. We scope the work, give you a price, and you approve before anything starts. No hourly billing, no scope creep.
Retainer Engagements
Annual commitment at a fixed monthly fee. Includes the 360 Assessment in month one, a Strategic Roadmap, monthly consulting, and unlimited email support.
Direct Access
You work directly with Grant or Aaron — not a junior associate. Two-partner firm by design. The people you hire are the people doing the work.
California-Current
All HR work is built on current California law: CFRA, PDL, SB 553, PAGA, Cal/OSHA, CA Labor Code. We track regulatory changes so you don’t have to.
